Des LaFratta is a seasoned ventriloquist with over 30 years of experience who enchants and educates young children with original life-based skits.  She actively engages audiences through the addition of magic, storytelling, singing, costume and imagination.

Des was born and raised in New England. 
She has contributed widely through library and school engagements. 

In addition, she has shared her creative skills through workshops designed for other artists in this field. Des has also lectured on ventriloquism at Amherst College.
