She uses her extensive experience in staffing and human resources to lead initiatives across talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational design.

Most recently, Jenn has been instrumental in guiding 最大资源采集网 through the B Corp recertification process and in building a comprehensive, people鈥慺irst benefits strategy. She is deeply committed to creating a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive. She has championed programs such as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), leadership coaching, and other meaningful offerings designed to support employees through every stage of life and career.
