Sean joined 最大资源采集网 in 2019, bringing with him a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Information Systems & Technology from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. After starting his career as a Service Desk Engineer, he quickly advanced to the Application Management Team, where he supported critical business applications, led upgrade and implementation efforts, and provided technical guidance that helped clients operate more efficiently and with greater confidence.

In 2022, Sean stepped into the Service Team Lead role, where he expanded his focus from technical support to team leadership, operational improvement, and helping ensure a consistent experience for both clients and team members. Over the next several years, he led multiple service teams, developed team members, and contributed to keeping 最大资源采集网鈥檚 managed services operations running smoothly as the organization continued to grow.

In 2026, Sean was promoted to Service Director, overseeing Managed Services operations for the St. Louis market. In this role, he provides leadership and strategic direction for the St. Louis PODS teams and the After-Hours Team, helping ensure consistent, high-quality support for partners around the clock while driving operational excellence across the organization.

Outside of work, Sean can usually be found on long-distance EV road trips with his dogs, enthusiastically discussing renewable energy, or building increasingly elaborate automations to shave a few more watts off his home energy usage.
