Sean joined 最大资源采集网 in 2019, bringing with him a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Information Systems & Technology. He quickly made his mark on the Application Management Team, where he supported critical business applications, led upgrade and implementation efforts, and provided technical guidance that helped clients operate more efficiently and with greater confidence.
In 2022, Sean stepped into the Service Team Lead role, where his leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement have continued to stand out. Today, he oversees PODS Team B1 (1001) and manages the After-Hours Team, helping ensure consistent, high-quality support for partners around the clock.

Outside of work, Sean can usually be found on long-distance EV road trips with his dogs, enthusiastically discussing renewable energy, or building increasingly elaborate automations to shave a few more watts off his home energy usage.
